Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of certain specific words and terms used in these Terms and Conditions are set out below. These definitions apply consistently throughout the entire document.

• "Platform" refers to both the l444 website and mobile application.
• "Member" refers to any person registered with l444 who holds an active account.
• "Bonus" refers to a promotional reward granted by l444 to a member, which comes with specific wagering requirements attached.
• "Wagering" refers to the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" refers to the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
• "KYC" refers to the identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

Membership and Account

2.1 Registration

To open an account with l444, a member must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts, or members of the same household running multiple accounts from the same device, is considered a prohibited activity.

2.2 Account Security

Each member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the l444 support team immediately. Sharing an account with a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the member must notify the l444 support team immediately. l444 will not be responsible for any delays in the withdrawal process caused by incorrect or outdated information.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

Members must be at least 21 years of age to use l444's services. It is entirely the member's responsibility to declare their age at the time of registration. l444 may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport for age and identity verification.

l444 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until identity confirmation (KYC) is completed. Allowing a minor to use an account, or placing bets on their behalf, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The accepted deposit methods on l444 are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The correct transaction reference must be provided at the time of deposit. l444 will not be liable for any failed deposit caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same four methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may be longer for accounts whose identity has not yet been verified.

4.3 Ownership Match

The name and number of the mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the account. l444 reserves the right to reject any transaction made using a third party's wallet.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit at l444, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳15,000 (15 times the bonus) must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

The weekly l444 reload bonus can be claimed once per week on any deposit — up to 50% of the deposit amount, with a maximum of ৳5,000, and a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus (example: ৳2,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → wagering ৳20,000). In addition, the l444 Weekend Bonanza bonus is automatically added on the last two days of the week (30%, maximum ৳3,000, wagering 18 times).

5.3 Bonus Terms

A bonus is not a cash gift; it can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal is made after accepting a bonus but before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited. Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — claiming a new bonus while one is already active will result in the previous one being cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback

l444's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss. For example: a member at the Gold tier with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on l444 is considered final only once it has been registered on the platform's server. If a bet is not properly registered due to a network interruption, it will be treated as void. A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been placed, unless a cashout option is available for the specific event.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical fault occurs in any game or betting event, l444 reserves the right to cancel that round or event and refund the bet. Any winnings obtained by taking advantage of a fault may be cancelled by l444.

6.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sporting body is final for determining the result of cricket, football, and other events. Regardless of on-field circumstances, l444 will not consider any result outside of that body's announcement.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account.
• Placing bets using automated or robotic software.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems in any way.
• Attempting to access another member's account.

If l444 detects any unusual transaction or betting pattern, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account in the interest of investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 l444's Rights

l444 may suspend or close any account at any time for any reason, particularly if these terms are violated or fraudulent activity is suspected. Any legitimate balance will be returned after review.

8.2 Member's Rights

Any member may close their own account. To do so, they must contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. It is advisable to withdraw any existing balance before closing the account; recovering a balance after an account has been closed may be a complex process.

Limitation of Liability

l444 is not liable for any financial loss arising from a member's betting or gaming. The platform is operated on an as-is basis and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. l444 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by internet connection issues, device problems, or faults in third-party services.

l444 may temporarily take the platform offline for maintenance for technical reasons and will not provide any compensation for unavailability during that period. However, l444 will make all reasonable efforts to keep funds held in members' accounts secure.

Privacy and Data Protection

l444 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions secure. Members' personal information is not sold to third parties. However, l444 may be required to provide information in response to a lawful request from law enforcement authorities.
